Melag Autoclave validation

To ensure the autoclave is sterilising the items in the surgery appropriately, validation of the sterilisation process is performed. The validation process is carried out by the following steps;

•          Installation qualification and operational qualification
•          A report that includes installation documents and operation verification

Validation of the autoclave is performed by an approved service technician when a new or repaired autoclave is installed in the practice.
